In order to complete a purchase with THEE PERSONALIZED TOUCH you must agree to the following:
I understand no changes can be made after order has been placed.
I understand and agree to all return and shipping policies
I understand if for any reason a shipping address is incorrect, THEE PERSONALIZED TOUCH cannot change and this will result in order cancellation
Custom Items Take Time. I understand order processing takes up to 7-10 business days before shipment (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS). HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY allow up to 14 business days for order processing BEFORE shipment. Holiday Shipping Period: November 22- December 31 (Some Items may have a longer production time that will be communicated upon ordering)
I understand once an item is in transit there is no action THEE PERSONALIZED TOUCH can take to expedite the delivery process.
I understand actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors and phone screens displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. THEE PERSONALIZED TOUCH cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
I understand THEE PERSONALIZED TOUCH is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages
I understand THEE PERSONALIZED TOUCH has sole discretion to cancel an order at anytime.
I have read, understood and agreed with all terms and conditions including but not limited to return policies and estimated PROCESSING & SHIPPING timeframes for the items I wish to purchase.
*THEE PERSONALIZED TOUCH has discretion to not reply to email inquires regarding any of the following points above after purchases are placed. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use, we are at sole discretion to cancel such orders.
